Dear Parents/Guardians,

Notice for 2024 Graduands: Collection of School Graduation Certificate (SGC)

Dear 2024 Graduands from 4 Truth, 4 Charity, 4 Compassion, 4 Integrity, 4 Graciousness, and 5 Adaptability,

You are invited to return to school to collect your School Graduation Certificate (SGC) during the following period:

Date: Starting from Thursday, 27 March 2025

Time: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Venue: General Office

Please note that you must be properly attired when entering the school.

Graduands who do not meet the attire requirements will not be allowed to enter.

For 2024 Graduands from 4 Independence, 4 Adaptability and 4 Confidence we will update you once your SGCs are ready for collection.

Key Reminders for Students

Attire and Grooming
- Wear half school uniform (school polo shirt with skirt or long pants) and school shoes.
- Hair must be neat and undyed.

Parental Attendance
- Parents/guardians are warmly welcomed to accompany their child/ward.

Proxy Collection
- Students unable to collect their results may appoint a proxy with an authorisation letter.
- Proxies can collect results from the General Office after 4:00 PM.
- Students recovering from respiratory illnesses should wear a mask.
- For assistance, contact the General Office at 6582 7864.

Outstanding Payments
- Settle any outstanding school, exam, or library fees after collection of results on 10 January 2025.
